Equipped with everything that you could want to make your trip unforgettable and nestled within the breathtaking surroundings of the Cap de l'Esterel with direct access to the sea, this villa will exceed all your expectations.
Whether you want to sit on the upper terrace with a glass of Cote de Provence, or cool down in the infinity pool looking out over the Mediterranean Sea you will be surrounded by the stunning blue of the Cote d’Azur. The two open-plan living spaces are filled with light and the outside areas offer elegant sofas shaded with umbrellas providing a cool place to relax in the heat of the day.. The provencal kitchen is a chef's dream where you can feast on the local delights. Lunch can be served on the English lawn’s upper terrace as you gaze towards the red rocks and the Mediterranean Sea.
The master bedroom offers ensuite luxury with a decadent bath where you can soak and enjoy views of the property’s garden and fountain. Downstairs there are an additional two bedrooms, all air-conditioned, which offer comfort and style with a direct sea view and access to the terrace and pool area. The final bedroom of four is on the top floor and also boasts an ensuite bathroom and a round, king-sized bed.
The swimming pool and surrounding deck offer a wonderful place to relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the pool to cool off in the water after a day out. For a change of scenery, you won’t even need to leave your home away from home! You can wander along the top of the property to explore a magnificent provencal garden filled with local plants, olive and fruit trees. Personal sea access means you can bring a boat straight to the property allowing you to come and go in total privacy.
Services such as a private chef, personal shopper, pianist, or round the clock chauffeur can be arranged to make your stay even more unforgettable.

Enjoy the magnificent views from every corner and window of the villa. From undisturbed sunrises on the west side to garden views on the north side to the views of the Esterel rocks on the other side. This property is surrounded by natural beauty all around.
THE GOOD LIFE
With direct access to the sea, you can enjoy a swim in the Mediterranean or, if you’d prefer, lounge by the infinity pool. Your boat or yacht remain anchored in front of the property allowing you direct and private access at all times. Situated right in the heart of the Riviera, should you decide to leave this oasis you will be spoiled the many incredible locales that are easy to visit from the villa. You can find yourself in Cannes about 30 minutes, to Nice or Monaco in about an hour, to Saint Tropez or the border of Italy in just over an hour. If you’d like to visit the surrounding hot spots but don’t want to drive, a chauffeur service can be provided for you.
